== Description ==

Meet Ecto, a theme with a light color scheme, bold typography, and full-width images that draw readers straight to your content. Use it for blogs of all kinds. Inspired by the [Casper theme](https://demo.ghost.io/).

== Installation ==

1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the theme's .zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

== Custom Header + Featured Images ==

Ecto includes a unique treatment for the custom header and featured images to let you customize specific posts and pages. A few things to note:

* If a custom header is activated, it will appear on every post and page. If a featured image is set for a post or page, it will be displayed instead of the custom header.
* The custom header or featured image set for the home page appears larger than on other posts or pages. The home page also includes an anchor link to the content area if a custom header or featured image is set.

== Slide-out Menu ==

When activated, your custom menu or widgets will appear in a slide-out menu. Click on the menu icon in the header to show them.

== Quick Specs (all measurements in pixels) ==

1. The main column width is 702.
2. The slide-out sidebar width varies depending on the content within.
3. Featured Images for single posts are 1440 by 600.
4. The site logo appears at a maximum width and height of 150.
5. The custom header appears at 1440 by unlimited height.
