# Image provenance

All photographic placeholder images in this directory were generated with
Midjourney for the Ellusive theme, as stated in `readme.txt`. There are no
human-made photos in the theme.

## Machine-readable marking (EU AI Act §50(2) alignment)

The files listed below carry the IPTC digital source type marker
(`XMP-iptcExt:DigitalSourceType = trainedAlgorithmicMedia`), applied
2026-09-24 with exiftool.

`screenshot.png` in the theme root combines these images with the theme's
own layout, so it carries the composite marker instead
(`compositeWithTrainedAlgorithmicMedia`).
