Installation instructions:

1. Unpack or unzip Vigilance.
2. Upload the Vigilance folder to your wp-content/themes directory.
3. Login to your WordPress admin and click the Design tab.
4. Click on the Vigilance theme to activate.
5. Click on the Vigilance Options menu tab, scroll to the bottom and click "Save".
